Bukky Adewolu, FCA
PartnerShe has over two decades of professional experience both in the UK and in Nigeria. Her expertise includes providing Audit & Assurance, Business Advisory, as well as Tax Advisory services to clients.She worked at KPMG in the UK and was on several assurance and transactions services engagements; BP working in the Group Controller's Office, as well as BP’s Exploration & Production segments.From BP, she joined Transocean Inc. as Deputy Controller with responsibilities including forecasting rolling Forecast, Budget and Long Term Planning to support decision making for Transocean worldwide operations.
From 2014, she has led a firm of Chartered Accountants focused on providing Assurance, Tax and Business Advisory services to a wide range of clients. She subsequently led the strategic repositioning of the firm which in 2020 led to an alliance with other professional services firms and ALP Audit and ALP Professional Services Limited.
She leads both firms.Bukky holds undergraduate and postgraduate degrees from the University of Lagos, Nigeria and the Middlesex University Business School, Middlesex, England respectively.Her Experience includes working in the Oil & Gas industry, as well as working on numerous client engagements providing vital advice to companies operating within the country.
Wonuola Fasehun
DirectorShe has worked for Shell Trading and Shipping Company, UK; AXA Sunlife UK, and as Investment Manager of the Church in Wales’ multi-million-pound investment fund. On relocation to Nigeria, she joined the Nigerian – British Chamber of Commerce in 2017, for a year, and subsequently worked as a Business Advisor, providing professional accounting services and financial advisory to self-employed professionals and SMEs. Wonuola holds undergraduate and postgraduate degrees from the University of Manchester’s Institute of Science and Technology, UK and Brunel University, London, UK respectively.
She is also a Certified Mediator, articled at the Lagos Multi-Door Court House, where she mediates financial services and commercial disputes referred by the Lagos State High Court.
